As a parent of a current St. Ann's Academy student, I can assure you that (a) the principal is not "terrible", (b) I know nothing about any bribe or blackmail, and (c) I completely trust him with my child's safety and education.  If the individual who posted that has credible information, he or she should expand on that post.

Third, I agree that the outdoor space is small.  But the convenience of the school's location makes up for that.  It is easy to drop your child off and then hop on the Red Line into work.

So for anyone who hasn't been turned off by people's outdated impressions or unsubstantiated allegations, I suggest you visit the school, take a tour, and meet the principal yourself.  The school's phone number is 202 363-4460.  You don't need to wait for an open house, they'd be happy to show you the school anytime.
