Do you consider yourself successful? (based on your own definition of successful)  Yes.  I recently returned to the work force after being a SAHM for 5.5 years.  I work from home and I'm able to be at school pick up (I have 3 kids) everyday.  I'm in a position that really makes a difference in people's lives.

What do you think contributed to your success or your lack thereof? (example- an ivy education, good parents, etc? )  I think I'm a kind, likeable person and this comes through fairly quickly once you meet me.  As a result I interview well and do well at work.

Are you satisfied with your life?   Yes.  I'm thrilled to be back in the workforce after being home full time for almost 6 years.  I would likely be making more (maybe $20K more?) and have more responsiblity had I worked through my entire 30s.  But I TREASURE those years I had at home with the kids.
