[/quote] How would you have organized the meeting differently, given that 1. there were probably about 500 parents plus at least 350 5th graders at the meeting. 2. the meeting was supposed to start at 7, but lots of people kept arriving at least until 7:15 pm. 3. the 5th graders went on a tour of the school (which I think is a good idea).
