Generally not happy with my nurse but my suggestion would be only trust what comes out of Dr. O'Brien's mouth--the nurse doesn't always make sense or is flat-out wrong. I try to be kind though because I think the nurses are responsible for a lot of patients.

Financial counselors have been OK so far, the best seems to be Nick Dominy but I'm not sure if you get to pick your financial counselor. Ask to meet with a counselor and get their card. You will might have questions and tracking down that person again isn't as straight forward as an internet search.

Shady Grove Fertility might be very helpful for women that have more atypical/unique conditions due to their high volume of patients. That is the boat I'm in, I'm an anomaly. She is right balance of skeptical and realistically optimistic.
