I got out of bed to use the bathroom, and when I climbed back up the top bunk mattress fell onto the bottom bunk. Fortunately for my sister she happened to be curled up into the corner where the mattress met the wall, so she was completely unscathed. I would never put plywood under a top bunk mattress after that experience.[/quote]
