But it's improving, has a beautiful new rec center right next door and will have the new Safeway complex a block away in a year or so. As just about everyone has said at one time or another, you pretty much can't go wrong with PS3 in DCPS. Most programs do well. So, don't toss Raymond off your list immediately. There are so many families moving into that area of Petworth that Raymond will surely begin to attract more middle class families. Go tour it! Maybe you'll hate it, but maybe you'll see possiblity too. [/quote]
