No church is forced to perform any marriage now. Just last year some church in the South refused to perform a marriage between two black members of its own church (heterosexuals), because the white folks would be uncomfortable with it. There were no legal repercussions of any kind, because churches aren't required to perform marriages on demand. [/quote]
