We hand grind beans with a Lido grinder and use and Aeropress with a reusable metal filter we got on Kickstarter. During the week, on DH makes coffee and he uses pre-ground Lavazza stored in a vacuum canister. We'd prefer to use pre-ground Illy, but its just too expensive. For whole beans we like Black Cat from Chinatown Coffee company -it's by the Chinatown metro. [/quote]
