Not to mention the existing housing stock is better in North Arlington. Until the quality of new homes in PH is consistently better than this, any comparison of PH with North Arlington neighborhoods is a farce.[/quote] Give it a few years, besides that is a pretty decent home home. I wouldn't mind it and the majority of the market doesn't either since these PH homes get sold very quickly with prices jumping up 100k on new builds over the last 6 months. Fun Fact, NDI does more business in N Arlington then in PH.[/quote]
