Yeah, but it's the exception in North Arlington but the norm in Pimmit Hills. Not to mention the existing housing stock is better in North Arlington. Until the quality of new homes in PH is consistently better than this, any comparison of PH with North Arlington neighborhoods is a farce.

In the past 3 1/2 years there have been exactly two sales over $900K in Pimmit Hills, so it's hard to say "the majority of the market" is clamoring for ugly McMansions in that price range in this neighborhood.
