It's better than most places, but can be outdone by the creativity of an independent restaurant serving the same dish with greater latitude to make adjustments depending on what is in season, or qualities of product received at that time. Advantage of a chain is usually that product quality is pretty standardized so you know what to expect every time you go. I have not been to the one here, but have been to others in Chicago and Vegas and both meals were good, just not memorable.[/quote]
