You can find great houses there in your budget that are newly renovated. We love it there--the neighborhoods are perfectly safe and convenient to shopping, Metro, etc. And, FWIW, I think the schools are fine but you won't pay the premium to send your kids to Bethesda schools since it doesn't matter to you anyway.[/quote]
