The DC area already has the highest concentration of college grads in the country.  If that number increases dramatically in the city, then we will have the best performing schools in the country -- thanks to parents fighting for their kids' education.

But you won't get the credit -- DCPS will.  Henderson and Rhee will be heaped with accolades for all their hard work on school reform, when really all they did was lie, cheat and let poor kids get pushed out.[/quote]
