A few questions to consider? Since you've been married, have you had some sort of division of labor? How was he when your kids were born? Did he help out without asking or were you doing all of the baby work? If he's capable of taking on some stuff, let him take it on. Also, was your own mother a "take charge" woman? We often repeat our own childhood home lives, sometimes unconsciously. [/quote]
