Depends on fabrics. Synthetics are probably fine. Be aware of moths and carpet beetles. Maybe mice.
How will they get into sealed plastic bins?
As a general rule, these containers aren't air tight. Moths and carpet beetles love natural fabrics. They can get into the bins through tiny spaces along the bin tops. I have had this happen. Mice can squeeze through really small gaps, but the bigger issue is chewing through the plastic. It's more likely they will go after food than clothes. In my childhood, mice ate our felt Christmas stockings, stored in bins in a carport closet.
