The difference between summer and winter here is extreme. You can't wear winter clothes in the summer and vice versa. I pack away coats, thermals, sweaters, long sleeves, jeans, pants, gloves scarves, hats, socks, etc in summer. I store them in plastic totes in my basement. I then pull out my summer clothes: shorts, short sleeves, swimsuits, sandals, lightweight pants and tops, beach towels, etc. Mine is a small, yet organized home. Packing away items I don't use for 4-6 months at a time is the key to my home looking organized and not bursting at the seams.[/quote]
