Trump has a grand nephew, the son of the son of his deceased (alcoholic) pilot brother Fred, who is cognitively impaired and fairly profoundly disabled physically as well.

At some point in the recent past, after hosting his nephew and other disability advocates in the White House, he remarked to his nephew that maybe it would just be better altogether to let such people die.
