Planning to retire there in a few years. Property taxes in the shore towns aren’t bad at all because the schools aren’t great and there’s so much commercial business adding to the pot that they don’t need to soak homeowners like they do in the all little all-residential towns with stellar schools. Rent for a week this summer and check it out![/quote]
