if the senators that are up in 2028 want any chance of re-election, they will vote to remove. As it is, there is a decent chance the Dems could take the senate this fall, and assuming an actual transition and swearing in, then your number is accurate. 67 senators would be needed, so are there others who would do the right thing?[/quote]
