If we can’t get microchips from Taiwan it would be a severe blow to the US and our way of life. You can google it and what it would mean. Like eventually people would have to hand in their electronics to the government.

You are just happy to have other American sons and daughters underwrite that security guarantee, right?  “Foreign policying” sure is easier when it is someone else’s kids that die.

I understand the impact to the “American way of life” if Taiwan falls. I just don’t care.  I’m still not promising that my or someone else’s kids will die if necessary to protect a foreign land. I’ll gladly give up my electronics.
