Foreign policying is hard and shouldn't be left to amateurs. Too bad we voted them in.
You and your children are free to go defend Taiwan if it matters all that much to you.
I hope that you feel the same about Israel.
I do. Trump’s adventurism is 100% disappointing. But as the PP makes clear, she wants American boys and girls to underwrite Taiwan’s security. So no thanks to that “expert foreign policying.”
I guess we will just magic up the microchips we need.
You and your children are free to go defend the microchip factories in Taiwan if they mean that much to you.

If we can’t get microchips from Taiwan it would be a severe blow to the US and our way of life. You can google it and what it would mean. Like eventually people would have to hand in their electronics to the government.
I’m still against armed conflict. But we were in a standstill with China regarding Taiwan. Now it’s basically open season for China. And we wouldn’t be able to do anything to stop them at this point.
Then you and your children are free to go defend the microchips if they mean that much to you.
But we both know you aren’t going to do that.
You are just happy to have other American sons and daughters underwrite that security guarantee, right? “Foreign policying” sure is easier when it is someone else’s kids that die.
I understand the impact to the “American way of life” if Taiwan falls. I just don’t care. I’m still not promising that my or someone else’s kids will die if necessary to protect a foreign land. I’ll gladly give up my electronics.

Why do you think China will suddenly stop selling us microchips? They sell us everything else...
The likely scenario is that the US would blow up the factories before letting them fall into Chinese hands.

Taiwan is on its own.
the sooner we have stop the insane globalism the better.
What gave you the idea this administration is interested in stopping globalism? Since January 2026, the US had engaged in military action in the following countries:
Venezuela — Jan 2026: Operation Absolute Resolve (Caracas raid, Maduro capture)
- Iran — Feb 28, 2026+: Operation Epic Fury (major strikes on nuclear/military sites; ongoing)
- Syria — 2026 escalation: Expanded airstrikes vs. ISIS (multiple waves Jan–Feb)
- Somalia — 2026 ongoing: AFRICOM strikes vs. al-Shabaab/ISIS-Somalia (dozens reported)
- Yemen — 2026 sporadic: Counterterrorism strikes vs. AQAP (Jan actions in Marib/al-Mahra)
- Nigeria — 2026 ongoing: Advisory support + training vs. ISIS affiliates (troops deployed Feb)
AND is threatening Cuba.
We have three more years to go.

Maybe let's start by withdrawing our support from the allies actively engaged in genocide and war crimes.
Why is Taiwan on it's own, but we sacrifice billions of American dollars and shed countless American lives for Israel?
