If straight he has to date girls shorter than him unless he's got something going on - very good looking, sucessfull, very funny and nice . But at 5'8, most girls will be shorter.

5'8 is fine for a guy's height. I think of 5'10 as the height where height becones a complete non-issue. So 5'8 is still very close.

Im 5'2 so.never cared about height in boyfriends. One great love of mine was not much taller than me. And i was relatively pretty;and very picky. Looks in boyfriends mattered but not height (as long as taller than me).

I’m sure it would be nice but only 15% of American men make it to 6’0. So as much as young woman may say they would only date a guy 6’0 or taller, many will be disappointed and lonely if they decide height is the single most important attribute that gives a person value. [/quote]
