5.8 isnt short for a guy. My brother is 5'9 and never considered himself short or had any problem.dating. My husband is 5'10 or 5''11 and seems the same height as my brother. It matters most if he feels like he is tall. Seriously. If straight he has to date girls shorter than him unless he's got something going on - very good looking, sucessfull, very funny and nice . But at 5'8, most girls will be shorter. 5'8 is fine for a guy's height. I think of 5'10 as the height where height becones a complete non-issue. So 5'8 is still very close. Im 5'2 so.never cared about height in boyfriends. One great love of mine was not much taller than me. And i was relatively pretty;and very picky. Looks in boyfriends mattered but not height (as long as taller than me).
It would make life so much better for him if he were at least 6ā.
. Iām sure it would be nice but only 15% of American men make it to 6ā0. So as much as young woman may say they would only date a guy 6ā0 or taller, many will be disappointed and lonely if they decide height is the single most important attribute that gives a person value.
