I lost a ton of weight as part of a mental health crisis - just couldn’t eat. When people commented and asked for tips I could hardly tell them “just lose the will to live and the pounds just fall off!” Nor was I proud or excited about the weight loss. I am much better now and back to my normal weight, within a healthy rage. But it’s a good reminder never to ask or comment about weight at all! [/quote]
