[/quote] You're not going to find much at that price range that isn't a new build or a serious renovation that looks like a new build. I guess I have seen colonials from the 90s in that price range in Great Falls occasionally, but haven't looked recently. Every once in a while you can find a 3000ish SF brick home in that price range in North Arlington (I see them along the Orange line neighborhoods occasionally around 2ish.[/quote]
