they are nuts. once  I only required one staff member to be in the office for a three day thing. that is three day over whole year. Guy put in for vacation days last minute. Then I declined and he had some cray cray reason he absolutely had to attend that no person could say no to.

Around one year later he is bs'ing and we brought up a great place to visit. And dude was like yea my GF took me there my birthday once for three days. I look up his birthday and it is those three days. Dude was going to fake being WFH while away with GF vacation and then day before when I denied his WFH he had to last minute make up a emergency to take off vacation days.         [/quote]
