Maybe it's "only" going to pounce me/my kid with muddy paws, or maybe it's going to bite me. It's not my job to give loose dogs multiple chances. It's the owner's job to control their stupid dog and make sure I'm never put in that position. Intentionally making your unleashed, untrained animal someone else's problem by not following leash laws is the "violent and aggressive" behavior here.[/quote]
