But they need to make decisions based on the actual road conditions.[/quote] Agreed but that’s just been my experience as an MCPS family for close to 20 years. Parents make a big stink about closures and they react by next time opening in crappy weather. Parents were relentless with the criticism after the last storm. Personally, I thought MCPS made a good call staying closed as long as they did. [/quote] Same experience. But no worries, anything that falls on Sunday will be very light, and then we get into March, when the snowfall gets torched immediately due to the sun angle and warmer temps. So the likelihood of more snow days is not negligible... but it's quite low. [/quote]
