They essentially have the mental and emotional capacity of a toddler not wanting to share and being preoccupied with ensuring no one else gets more than them. Social spending is of course fine when it benefits them, I'm sure. I'm sure PP enjoys public roads, bridges, and buildings, a publicly funded electrical grid, publicly funded schools, publicly funded medical research. I'm sure PP has benefited throughout their life from the help and generosity of others despite being smugly convinced they have sank or swim entirely on their own efforts. And PP deludedly believes they could survive in a world without any of the benefits of modern society, community, and cooperation that made this country the country I imagine PP would say they love.
