That area is so busy.  Much higher risk of accidents car and pedestrian.

I don’t know if I would even let a 10 year old walk by themselves with no adult supervision from the metro to school and crossing all these crazy, congested, busy streets.  I would walk with them and then go back.  If the walk was in a residential area without much traffic, that would be different scenario and situation.[/quote]

You literally don't have to cross even one street to get from the Metro to DCB, Bridges, or Briya.  Not one.[/quote]
