Maybe they will Grant fewer habeus petitions but again - most judges actually will pause for a second at a good habeus petition. It is kind of a big deal. There may be a few Trump judges that literally do not care about rule of law, but most judges do care. Being a trial judge is not actually a super relaxing lucrative job - most lawyers go after it because they care about the law (no matter their politics). [/quote]
