Wow, what entitlement. Have you noticed that Northwest goes from 29% to 37% FARMS under H? And nearby schools like Gaithersburg are at 50%! And even though QO’s rate falls with option H, it is still lands at 23%.  The rest of us are so over the Wootton  contingent. [/quote]
