In AL there is a weird law about how you can't tie your alligator to a fire hydrant. Why on earth do they have that law? Because someone freaking did it. So ... it is illegal to marry your cousin in WV ... because people were freaking doing it. No one in DC, MD or VA was doing it. [/quote]
