The PCSB and parents really need to look at the trajectory of performance. At the last QSR, Legacy was 88% proficient in one domain and 77% proficient in the other. In this most recent one, they are 63% and 59%. Declining student proficiency, rapidly eroding enrollment and now the classroom reviews from the QSRs show a significant drop off as well.

For RISE, it's hard to know what's happening since the pie charts in the QSR show lower performance than the prior QSR but the tables show better performance. PCSB errors most likely. Their errors seem to be the norm these days. One would hope there'd be better quality control when the stakes are high -- like when data is being publicly shared as schools come up for review.[/quote]
