I think it is that on an anonymous forum we "see" people's crazy in a way that we didn't have access to before. People have always been crazy. I do agree that one person seeing another act crazy, it unleashes that same craziness in others that would not have otherwise been crazy had they not been exposed to it. As if it was dormant.
