Wrap a side of salmon in foil (probably a few layers?) with whatever seasonings you want. Throw it on the top rack of the dishwasher and let it cook. My dishwasher goes for 2.5 hrs and dishes come out HOT. I cannot imagine how overcooked fish would be after cooking for 2.5h at 150f or whatever it is eek[/quote]
