Are you the friggin OP?  The OP made a point of saying she just checked and it's now Level 3.  My point is it's long been Level 3.  So she shouldn't be making the decision on that basis.

Try reading the newspaper before you make such categorically ignorant statements. Trump has threatened Colombia.  I have travelled to Colombia a dozen times for work and think it's a beautiful country both for tourists and business professionals, and I wouldn't take my kids there now with all the global uncertainty and the volatility of this administration for fear of not being able to get back.[/quote]
