Similar scores to 18:22. Percentages in 80s and 90s. No developing - only exceeds and meets expectations. Stanines range from 5-7. Obviously wish all scores were in 90s, but satisfied with percentages for first time. Stanine results, on the other hand, make me nervous as may suggest child is mid-range of spectrum compared with peers. Ugh! Anyone else?
In your average Big 3 private most of the kids ( 5th-6th stanine is 60% of the kids) will be right around 110-120 IQ and there ERB's will reflect that as well. This is where the s**t hits the fan and the nonsense of the WIPPSI testing of 4 year olds is laid bare. Sniff , sniff, 98th % ile becomes 6th stanine and jaws drop. The good news: its the same kid. Here is a link to a private school in Oregon that published their stanines on line and graphed the ERB against the IQ, so you can see it : http://www.oes.edu/us/erb-tests.pdf
