NP-Had that experience with semaglutide. In retrospect I think the exhaustion was really what led to the other issues. I was too tired to do much which led to my feeling so down, no energy to work out. Also had some minor GI issues. Switched to tirzepatide and I have NO side effects, at all. I feel great in every way.[/quote]

I was tired and a little nauseous the whole time I lost weight. Once I reached my goal weight and am continuing to take a steady dose, I have no tiredness or nausea at all.  [/quote]
I am 10 months in and still experience the day after the shot. Nausea varies from mild to quite bad that same day.[/quote]
