Compounded semaglutide. .4 mg, I believe. And maybe that is the answer. I have serious medical anxiety. DH has been in favor of me trying this, but wanted me to go to the doctor. I was afraid. We finally agreed I could try an online provider for three months but then I have to go to the doctor. Maybe the real stuff will work better. [/quote]

I'll be honest, I don't understand the ins and outs of the differences between compounded and "regular" GLP, but I do know that people have better success with one type of GLP over than another so it's very possible that the compounded formulation isn't a good match for you. It's also possible that you are one of the people for whom it does not work :/  What you are doing right now isn't working so you either throw in the towel on losing weight with the help of the shot or you need to put your big girl pants on and talk to the doctor.
