I am actually three pounds UP because the first two weeks the nausea made me crave non-stop carbs. Sorry to be a downer. But after two years of debating taking a GLP-1, I finally did it and it is not working. Trying to remain hopeful that it will kick in at a higher dose. But I have heard it just doesn't work for a small segment of people and I just feel like with my luck, that is probably me.Send slimming thoughts, please.
What are you taking? Brand and dose?
Compounded semaglutide. .4 mg, I believe. And maybe that is the answer. I have serious medical anxiety. DH has been in favor of me trying this, but wanted me to go to the doctor. I was afraid. We finally agreed I could try an online provider for three months but then I have to go to the doctor. Maybe the real stuff will work better.
