Look at the high % of enrolled students who submitted scores.[/quote] At Michigan, submit scores unless an athlete or otherwise hooked (rural or FGLI). Maybe you can get lucky TO applying to LSA in an underscribed major, but kids are not getting into LSA Economics, Ross, Engineering, Public Policy, etc. TO from the DMV or other urban areas unless majorly hooked.
