In Virginia, 20 mph over the posted speed limit OR speed in excess of 80 mph are BOTH considered “reckless driving”, and are criminal offenses rather than civil fines like a speeding ticket. And yes, Virginia routinely arrests and jails people (for processing/bail) for doing over 80 mph. So…. shut that hole in your face. [/quote]
