Who do you think you're going to sue for getting pulled ober while speeding?
You know pulling someone over for those speeds when the speed limit is 70 is bs. It’s not supposed to fund the government, is basically a poor tax and specifically targeting out of state drivers hoping they do t return and just pay the ticket is illegal.
I don’t know that. You were doing 81 mph. That used to be an automatic reckless driving ticket.
Slow down and stop being such a danger to society. I hope your license gets suspended.

You are lucky the 81/70 didn't put you in jail
They do that there.
They don’t but thanks for the fake news.

No you can’t sue. Idiot.
Anonymous wrote:I traveled from Florida to DC and was pulled over twice in Brunswick County within 15 minutes of each stop. The first time I was ticketed for going 81 in a 70 mph zone on I-95 and the second time for going 76 in a 70. To say I was shocked is an understatement and there are seemingly dozens of police officers in the area just pulling people over. While I received my second spending ticket I watched 3 other people get pulled over. All of course having out of state plates. Anyone have expertise with this? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I can't stop laughing at you thinking you can sue the police for ticketing you for speeding. That's the epitome of people these days, no personal responsibility at all. Everything is someone else's fault and not your own.
It’s not about being pulled over for speeding but being targeted for being from one of state. There’s also being reasonable. Most will tell you their equipment isn’t accurate enough to detect exactly how fast you’re actually going unless it’s significantly over the speeding limit and your own speedometer isn’t accurate either. I.e why you are rarely pulled over going less than 15mph over the limit on a highway.
Um, wrong. Are you saying people don't get speeding tickets unless they are going 15+ mph over the limit? LOL!
