My instructions asked me to take gas-x the morning of, after the Suprep but before the 3 hour mark. I did and it was the wrong color. But you all can learn from my mistake and if your instructions say to take the gas-x, buy the ones with yellow dye, not red or blue. Check the inactive ingredients. On a separate note - I have had colonoscopy before which did not require Gas-X. This is something new. But it did help - last time I was hurting more because of all the gas they put inside to inflate. Also for anyone wanting to know - packaged Coconut water (original, clear) is also fine to drink on the clear liquids day. The diet instructions are outdated and don't mention that. We are supposed to refrain from coconut, not the coconut water. [/quote]
