+1. Built in 2020-2021 and the house has held up great. The build process was incredibly easy and organized (and basically on time! At the height of the pandemic!) and he and his team were very flexible with our requests as construction went on. Plus, unlike many builders, we could show up at the build site unannounced whenever we wanted. We didn’t need an appointment or be limited to when he was around - friends built with someone else and they could only visit the worksite twice.

The handful of times we’ve needed to reach out to the contractors in the years since the warranty expired, they all were incredibly kind, responsive and great to work with - the kinds of contractors you yourself would want to hire. [/quote]
