What would we eat? Are there any restaurants around for native cuisine?
This is not a serious question but yes, there are Native American restaurants. Frybread, venison, turkey, fish, corn bread, wild rice, squash, berries.
No frybread. That is a relic of when the Indian agents would give reservations flour once a year as part of treaty agreements since hunting was no longer a viable option to feed people. https://feastio.com/owamni-the-sioux-chef-minneapolis/ --check out the menu There's a lot of other foods. Wild onions, morel mushrooms, nuts, different kinds of roots and greens, other wild fruits besides berries. Most of the food we eat is already international cuisine because it comes from crops that were not native to begin with.
Frybread is absolutely a thing Native American people eat, in addition to the things you and I mentioned. Some chefs may not serve it because of history, but it's widely served and eaten.
