[/quote] I'm not the PP but another person who suggested OP could, if she wanted to, consider that her friend may be suffering in her marriage and reach out kindly to say she was sorry her friend's feelings were hurt. I don't apologize when I'm not sorry, and I don't tolerate being screamed at, but I also acknowledge that sometimes people aren't at their best and it may be nice to treat them with kindness rather than condemnation in those moments. I'm not condoning what the friend did at all, but as someone who was yelled at by a friend once who I then found out was deeply struggling in her personal life, I've realized that everything isn't always about me and sometimes people deserve some grace.[/quote]
