If your coach can’t point you towards whatever resources you need, maybe check there. Also, as a former D1 rower, typically it was the rowers that got recruited & any scholarships. The one cox I knew of at our school that did, was a walk on, had lots of high school experience, & was really good & even then it was more of a token of appreciation vs making a dent in her tuition bill.
