Because it was discussed there were alot of questions and they were always answered. It wasn’t a “ok now we will talk about this” it was an ongoing conversation.

We did not celebrate Gotcha day, but occasionally my dad would note that it was the anniversary of one brother arriving, or that he remembered that was the day they were matched and started the process of bringing them home.

My brothers were adopted from an Asian country, so all of us kids attended summer camps that were designed to introduce kids to that culture (me because when you have multiple kids a single drop off/pick up is important). [/quote]
