For many years the pluses (great stroke technician, deep relationship with many swimmers and families) outweighed the minuses (immaturity, emotional instability, favoritism) but it reached a breaking point this summer. It’s better for everyone to get a fresh start - I know he will bring his A game to a new team.[/quote] Please enlighten me about favoritism; times should speak for themselves when selecting swimmers for events.
